Kondo Yuki (Program Director)
She has held her current position since 2017 and oversees TOKAS’ entire program structure and overall management. Previously, she had produced exhibitions such as “Ubiquitous Views” (Aomori Contemporary Art Centre, 2016), “OH Haji × Aomori City Archives Exhibition ‘Gestures in Clothing’” (Aomori Contemporary Art Centre, 2013) with the respective artists.
Oshima Ayako (Curator)
She joined the residency program team in 2011 and has since been responsible for planning and managing exhibitions and performances. From 2022, she has overseen the overall management of TOKAS Hongo.
Her major exhibitions include “TOKAS Project Vol. 8: Entangled Protocol and the Flowing Edge” (2025), and “TOKAS Project Vol. 6: Swaying Calmly, Gazing Quietly” (2023).
Nakagawa Chieko (Curator)
Previously a curator at Towada Art Center, she joined her current position in 2025. She was the associate curator for the Tokyo Contemporary Art Award 2024–2026 Exhibition “Wetland” (Museum of Contemporary Art Tokyo, 2025-2026) by Umeda Tetsuya and Oh Haji.
Her major exhibitions include “Yu Araki: LONELY PLANETS” (Towada Art Center, Aomori, 2023), “Oiwa Euske: P in case” (Towada Art Center satellite venue “space,” 2022).
